notes on freedom
A weekly email series containing easily digestible morsels of info on relational trauma and how to find freedom from it.
THIS WEEK IT’S A NOTE ON…daily action
This Note is more of little gift than anything else…
I’ve just uploaded a free new resource onto the website and wanted to share it with you as I think there’s some really useful, really lovely tools in it.
I’d love to know what you think of it so once you’ve given it a go let me know what works for you x
This time it’s a note on…daily action
Something I teach all my clients is that trauma healing is something we achieve through daily action.
Yes, we get support when we need it. And, also yes, we do deeper healing work when we need it. But to truly be well, we must gently learn to integrate healing principles, tools and actions into daily life.
We do not do this all at once and we do not do this without support.
But slowly, over time and with support, we integrate new ways of being and new practices into our daily life.
This free checklist contains four trauma healing practices to weave into your day. There are also some beautiful intentions that I use myself.

Wherever you’re at in your healing journey take a look as there’s some lovely stuff in there.
With love,
S. x
