empowerment.

As Sarah gently guides you through trauma healing, you’ll feel empowered and hopeful. This is part of the magic of Sarah’s approach – it’s designed to ensure that trauma healing feels validating, expansive and uplifting.

In sessions, Sarah combines Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy with Self-led Integration™ to heal unresolved childhood trauma, deepen self-connection and create real change.

At the end of a session, Sarah provides clear direction for the week ahead – giving exercises, tools, process and principles to apply and practice. This self-led approach is essential because trauma healing occurs as we interrupt patterns and build capacity; therefore, the hours between sessions are almost as important as the sessions themselves.

Sarah’s active, empowering approach to trauma healing achieves outstanding results. It also ensures that you build genuine resilience, self-trust and self-belief as you heal.

“Working with Sarah is truly transformative and will leave generational legacies. I’ve learnt so much from Sarah and I'm not sure where I’d be without her.”

Some common signs of unresolved childhood trauma are…

  • Procrastination and an inability to make decisions
  • Lethargy, depression and feeling shut down
  • Low self-worth and self-belief
  • Internal self-criticism or self-hatred
  • Avoidance behaviours – routinely avoiding certain situations, people or places
  • Chronic focus on others – people-pleasing and fixing
  • Urgent need to be liked by other people

How often are the sessions?

We can work sessions around your timetable and your budget. Some clients come every week, others every 2 weeks, and some see me every so often on an ad hoc basis.

I have a close team of outstanding trauma practitioners that I can refer to. My professional network and knowledge set me apart from most practitioners.

Once I take you on as a client, I ensure that you get precisely what you need and want – whether it’s specific Somatic Experiencing (SE) work, nutritional guidance, time at a trauma treatment centre, hormonal/endocrine advice or psychiatric assessment. These suggestions are all completely optional, but knowing I have such a trustworthy network of practitioners and knowledge of how to ‘get the job done’ is hugely reassuring for many clients.

This bespoke, collaborative approach ensures that my clients feel extremely held and cared for.

No, I’m a Coaching Psychologist. This means I use a coaching framework to help my clients heal, not a clinical/medical one. I use an empowering, evidence-based approach to help clients take control of their mind, body and life.

“I can’t believe how far I’ve come in a year. I feel like I’ve reprogrammed myself.”
